Lovely day and a warm day so far although rain is due in tomorrow. Over the weekend I am thrilled I caught a shot of the Swallows three babies and mum over head. If I had been a second or two later I would have missed it. These little birds are such a delight to watch , and they have been nesting in the un-used barn.
A strange sound caught my interest three days ago never heard one before quite like that, it turned out to be a young blackbird. Not quite making the grade yet but having a really good try.
Been quite busy today in the garden so I am pooped and going to have a nice cup of tea, bye for now.Red roseStay happy Open-mouthed smile

Oh yes, I love swallows, they come next to swifts as favourites, how lucky you are to have caught them, the thousands of miles they travel to come back to us every year is truly amazing. Maybe you will see the same ones next year.
